I really like your game so far and I'm looking forward to the final version :)
I haven't encountered any bugs or glitches yet (Windows version)
I'm at the point now where I have to wait for the next update to continue. There's one thing I'm not sure if it's a bug in game or maybe it's not implemented yet.
I crafted some items, weapons and armor but somehow I'm unable to equip any Cell Modules :/
Bio Weapon, Outer Cell and Inter Cell work fine. Only Cell Modules are not possible. I tried it with every character but sadly no. All the same. When I select one of those Cell Module Tabs , it shows me not the ones I crafted. Only the "Remove" option is there.

yes it is a bug, and it will be fixed in next update.
I think the game is broken? i already cross breed the "breast bacteria" and "Futa parasite" none of this are appearing? im not able to unlock the rest of the blocked stages because of this. is this like a patreon access thing? Also the side quest aren't
completing for some reason
it is not a patreon access thing, check the 2nd character of the requirement after crossbreed, you need to breed the new pathogen manually with the skill.
where is the gallery?

on the bed inside micro world
I suggest you to cut down the number of affection for cross breed
Interact with the affection event on map will greatly increase the affection level.
How can I remove the white balls (rocks??)on the path?
white balls is for future updates
how i can make the girl futanari?
You need to crossbreed womb bacteria and futa parasite, then go to the womb and unlock the whole series of womb size and at the last one it will be futanari.

Get all the T1 characters (Total 8 of them) first, you can trace them trough the quest board.
If they didn't show on the quest board, go check unlockable symptoms or explore the human world to bring new pathogen into the body.
Breed all T1 characters then you will see new crossbreed available in your micro world base.

I decompressed. zip, but it says the game cannot be opened (Mac)
I don't have a mac the test it out. But coming from the feedback you have to move the content outside the folder after extraction.
Or install it from the itch.io client instead of manually.

possible bug, but the combat bars are moving extremely slowly for me. and by combat bars i mean the pink/purple bar that charges up to your turn
